Will it work where there’s no signal?

The field app is built for patchy signal: field forms queue on the device and sync automatically the moment you’re back in range, so a submission made in a dead-signal spot isn’t lost.

Can we bring our existing data across?

Yes — we set you up on your own customers, staff, rate cards and open jobs as part of onboarding, so day one on EQUIP starts from where you are, not a blank slate.

Does it replace our accounts package?

No — it feeds it. EQUIP runs quoting, jobs, worksheets and invoicing, then pushes invoices and payments to Xero, QuickBooks or Sage. Keep the accountant, lose the double entry.

How secure is our data?

Two-factor sign-in is mandatory, every action is permission-checked on the server, and every change is written to an audit log. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Full detail is on our Privacy page.

Are we tied into a long contract?

No lock-in. Pricing is per user, billed monthly or annually, and you can move up or down a plan as your season does. Your data is yours — export it whenever you want.

What does support look like?
